Our Policies

Your appointments are essential to us, the time is reserved for you and you alone. We understand that sometimes life gets in the way and schedule adjustments are necessary. In that event, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Advance notice allows us to reclaim that time and offer it to someone on our waiting list. Cancellations and last-minute rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice results and a charge of 50% of the cost of your scheduled service; no-shows are responsible for the full amount. A deposit of 50% of your service price is required for repeat offenders when scheduling future appointments.
