Our Story

Fringe salon was established in 2006, Adrianna, Kathleen, & Lauren all began shortly after. The girls had all come from different salon backgrounds but established their careers together at Fringe. In March 2022 they became the new owners of the salon after 15+ years working side by side. They’re vision is to bring each and every client beauty from within while maintaining a high level of customer service. Feel calm, relaxed, and understood when you are in the chair at Fringe. Our staff is always learning the latest techniques, and furthering their education to bring you the best possible service in an ever changing fashion industry. Whether it be a signature dry cut, or the latest color trends, our staff can fully provide a customized experience for each and every client.

Meet The

Fringe Team

Adrianna has called Fringe home for over 20 years, where she has honed her craft and become known for her precision dry cutting techniques, with a special passion for creating beautifully tailored bobs. She also specializes in curly hair, customizing every cut and color to compliment not only each client’s personal style, but also their lifestyle. Adrianna believes great hair should feel effortless, wearable, and uniquely personal. When she’s not behind the chair, she enjoys spending time with her kids, family, and dog Riley.

Kat specializes in color formulation and product knowledge, allowing her to create personalized, dimensional color results while maintaining the health and integrity of the hair. With over 17 years with Fringe salon she is dedicated to staying current with industry techniques and takes pride in recommending the right products and care routines to support long-lasting, beautiful results. Outside the salon, Kat is usually reading a good book or spending time with her kids and family.

Lauren has spent the last 17 years growing, evolving, and refining her craft at Fringe. Known for her precision dry cutting, custom fantasy color, and beautifully blended balayage, she combines technical expertise with a creative eye to deliver looks that feel both effortless and uniquely personal. As a Bellami Hair-certified extension specialist Lauren creates seamless, customized transformations while always prioritizing the health and integrity of her clients’ hair. When she’s not behind the chair, Lauren loves traveling to new places with her husband, caring for her plants or walking around exploring Salem with her dog Loki.

Scott has proudly called Fringe home for the past 8 years. Known for his precision cutting and effortless styling, Scott specializes in creating customized looks for all hair textures—with a particular passion for curly hair and enhancing each curl’s natural shape, movement, and health. Scott believes every appointment starts with listening, taking the time to understand each guest’s lifestyle, goals, and individual hair needs to deliver results that are both beautiful and wearable. In his free time you will find Scott looking for antiques or spending time with his cats.

Carlie is a stylist who has been creating glamorous, bright blondes, dreamy lived-in color, and long, luxurious extensions with Fringe for the last 5 years. She specializes in looks that feel effortless, elevated, and uniquely you. She believes every appointment should be personalized, relaxing, and focused on creating beautiful, healthy hair that fits each guest’s lifestyle. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Carlie spending time with family and friends, planning her next adventure, or reading a good mystery thriller.

With 10 years in the industry and a Danger Jones certified color specialist & educator, Marley is passionate about creating custom vivid colors, bold transformations, and one-of-a-kind looks that reflect each guest’s personality. Whether you’re dreaming of a complete transformation or a vibrant color that turns heads, her goal is to help you leave the salon feeling like the most authentic, confident version of yourself. Marley believes every appointment is a collaboration, taking the time to understand your vision and bring it to life with creativity, precision, and a personalized approach. When she’s not behind the chair, you’ll find Marley gaming with her husband, and spending time with their dog, Raven.

Cecilia is a recent cosmetology graduate who is excited to begin her journey behind the chair. With a genuine passion for hairstyling, including a special love for bridal looks, she is dedicated to continuing her education and growing her skills in the beauty industry. Cecilia is eager to build her artistry while providing every guest with a welcoming, relaxing, and personalized experience. Outside of the salon, you will find Cecilia spending time with her friends and family or exploring new coffee shops.

Originally from Colorado, Aven is excited to call Salem home and bring a fresh perspective to the salon. As a junior stylist, they are passionate about creating precision haircuts that help every guest look and feel their best. Dedicated to continuing their education and refining their craft, Aven loves learning new techniques while building meaningful connections with Fringe clients. When they’re not behind the chair, you’ll find Aven spending time with their wife and their cats, exploring their new home in Salem, and enjoying everything their new city has to offer.

Lauren is a licensed esthetician who has been helping clients achieve healthy, confident skin for over a year. She specializes in customized facials, lash lifts and tints, and brow laminations, with a passion for corrective skincare. Known for combining results-driven treatments with a calming touch, Lauren creates an experience that is both effective and deeply relaxing.

Originally from Orlando, Lauren’s journey into esthetics began with a background in special effects makeup, where her fascination with skin and transformation first took shape. Outside the treatment room, she enjoys crafting and embracing her creative side.
