Our Story

Fringe salon was established in 2004, Adrianna, Kathleen, & Lauren all began shortly after. The girls had all come from different salon backgrounds but established their careers together at Fringe. In March 2022 they became the new owners of the salon after 15+ years working side by side. They’re vision is to bring each and every client beauty from within while maintaining a high level of customer service. Feel calm, relaxed, and understood when you are in the chair at Fringe. Our staff is always learning the latest techniques, and furthering their education to bring you the best possible service in an ever changing fashion industry. Whether it be a signature dry cut, or the latest color trends, our staff can fully provide a customized experience for each and every client.

Exuberant Team

Adrianna started her career at South Bostons Shag Loft, but Fringe has been home to Adrianna for 15+ years where she has grown and developed her dry cutting and curly cutting techniques. Taking inspiration from nature, art and fashion Adrianna customizes all her cuts and colors to not only her clients style, but also their lifestyle.

Lauren trained and started her career in Boston, but matured at Fringe over the last 13 years. From a young age, Lauren had a major interest in beauty, music, and fashion which helps inspire the looks she creates at the salon. Laurens specialties include precision dry cutting on all hair textures, custom fantasy, and balayage. She’s just as adept at helping her clients achieve effortless beauty as she is with innovating edgy new styles.

Kathleen has had a passion for hair stylng and the beauty industry at an early age. Fringe has been home to Kathleen for over the last 13 years. Her work is defined by her meticulous attention to detail and also by her versatility. A lover of music and fashion has helped inspire her craft. She takes pride in educating her clients on hair care and the science behind what makes them beneficial.

After training on Boston’s Newbury Street at Patrice Vinci Salon, Scott has called Fringe home for the last 5+ years. He has an eye for cutting and styling all hair textures, and an extra special talent for taking blondes to the next level. Scott will listen to every client’s individual needs, and be sure to provide each client with the best possible experience.

Carlie has been with Fringe Salon for 3 years now. A graduate from Hairs How Cosmetology school in 2021, Carlie has completed her training with Fringe Master stylists and is available for booking. One of Carlies passions behind the chair includes all things blondes. She does exceptional balayage techniques, and modern blonding, as well as the finish style. Carlie loves to see her work come to life, and see her clients reaction to their new look!

The first thing you are greeted with when arriving at Fringe Salon is Lauren, our Salon Coordinator always accompanied by her friendly smile. Lauren may be booking your appointments and greeting you on arrival but she is also our wildly talented Makeup Artist. In the fall Lauren will be attending the Catherine Hinds Institute of Esthetics so she can further her career in skincare!
